Guy in back helped pull everything and was nice.
This place has everything you need. Lumber, appliances, tools, automotive, and even food. They have never ran out of anything I needed. Staff is always friendly. Love shopping Menards! The rebates are awesome. Very clean restrooms.
Arrived Sunday morning nothing pulled and ready.
Half of employees are knowledgeable of things they are selling, couple of employees are not considerate of customers. I was shopping and mike, pushed my cart out of his way, while I was loading my cart, because he felt that his work (stocking shelves) was more important than me loading my cart. The same employee (mike) then pushed me to the side, so that he could stock shelves. Few min later, I was trying to look at tools in same isle, he has his stocking cart in the way, I moved it a few feet, so that I could get in and look at items that were on bottom shelf, i step back for min, and he pushed his cart back in place and told me to not touch his stocking cart. I was not impressed by this visit, I as a contractor come to this store at least 6 times a day for materials and tools, I feel that some employees need more training, as they don't know what they are selling.
Went inside to the customer non-service counter.The lady never got up from her computer and told me I need to go talk to manager in the building material department. Went to find the manager and the guy working back there made no attempt to find him and basically blew me off. Disappointed in the service. At least act like you care that you messed up.
No called to let me know my special order was in.
At least a three times a week visit for me, good prices and staff
Great place to shop. They have a little of everything. Although finding item's at times can be frustrating because of lack of floor help.
Called on Saturday to make sure everything was there and asked if the entire order could be pulled and staged after 20 minutes on the phone they said they would have it pulled and staged in 2 hours. I let them know I would pick up Sunday morning and they told me everything would be ready.
