Recently I tried to return a USB cable device to the store. It had never been out of the package. It was 14 days after I had purchased it. The store clerk never told me I had 7 days to return the device. I had the original receipt with the purchase so I was stuck with a $30.00 item I will never use. I will never be back to that store again. A 7 day window is a very small time frame to return an item. Next time I will review any fine print on a receipt more thoroughly. Learned my lesson there
Messed up trying to order emergency lights and had problems with the site more my doing than an issue they had and being a holiday weekend, support still jumped on and tried to assist me. Going there Tues. To straighten my good up and recommend them highly as well as the light bar I am ordering. Thank you RG!
